Students may check out two books at a time, for up to two weeks. Due
dates are stamped into the
back of the book.
Fines for overdue books are 5
cents per school day, per book, beginning the day after the due date.
Students may not check out a
new book if they owe a fine or have an overdue book.
If a book is lost, it must be paid
for before a student may check out another book.
In case of damage to a book,
please do not attempt to repair it. The child should bring it directly
to
the librarian for repair. If the book is beyond repair, it must be paid
for.
