Holloway 6th Grade Students donate over 300 "Because We Care" bags to local cancer patients

For the last two years, 6th grade math teacher at Holloway 6th grade campus, Tiffany McFadden has been spearheading a drive with her National Elementary Honor Society students to create “Because We Care” bags for chemotherapy patients in the Tyler area. The collected bags will be donated to Tyler Oncology for delivery to cancer patients in Tyler medical facilities.

District of Innovation Plan

The WISD District of Innovation Committee recently finalized the Plan of Innovation for the District. The plan has been posted to the website for the community to view. After the Plan of Innovation has been posted for thirty days, the plan will be submitted to the District Education Improvement Committee for approval.
