Theatre Arts I is a great class in which to receive a fine arts credit for graduation. In this class, students are exposed to a wide range of interest areas in theatre. We study Shakespeare, theatre history, mime, movement, voice, diction, play analysis, scene study and play production.
In Theatre Arts II, students may select three to four areas of interest and begin a concentrated study of those areas, developing concrete skills, applicable to a particular job in the theatre industry.
In Theatre Arts III/IV, these students are dedicated actors who produce their own season of shows. They do not have any after school or weekend obligations.
