¡Bienvenidos! Welcome!

Hello and welcome to my page!

My name is Annie Lawrence and I teach Spanish I and Spanish II.

I was born and raised in Bonham, TX. I have always had a love for languages and learning about other cultures. I obtained a B.A. in Spanish from UT Tyler in 2011. I am certified to teach Spanish K-12 and Special Education K-12. I taught Spanish I and II at Richardson HS in Richardson, TX for one year and then I taught at Whitehouse Junior High School from 2012-2017. This is my second year at Whitehouse High School. I teach Spanish I and Spanish II. I am currently attending UT-Tyler to obtain my Master's degree in Special Education with my certification to be an Educational Diagnostician. I will graduate in May 2019.

I hope to foster a love for the Spanish language and culture that will encourage my students to use their Spanish and visit other countries where they can appreciate the culture first hand.

I hope you have a great year!
Mrs. Lawrence
