Please choose the appopriate option below to begin the new student enrollment process.
OPTION 1: New Whitehouse ISD Family
- Use this option when your family is new to the District and does not have a Family Access login.
- The first step is to request a login account using a valid email address. You may obtain a free email account through services such as Hotmail, Yahoo, or Google.
- Your login and password will be sent to this email address.
- Use the link in the email to log in and begin the process.
- The email will be sent from NoReply@whitehouseisd.org. Be sure to add this email address to your valid email recipients to avoid it being affected by your spam filter.

OPTION 2: Existing Family Access User
- After logging into Family Access, choose "New Student Online Enrollment" from the menu on the left.
Start Enrollment for EXISTING Whitehouse ISD Family Access User
New Student Online Enrollment and Annual Verification currently work best on a computer with Google Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox browsers. Most mobile device browsers will not work.

If your student is a current Whitehouse ISD student, and you do not already have access to Family Access, contact your child's campus. This request will include all enrolled children in the family. Proof of identity must be provided.
If you are new to Whitehouse ISD, you will be granted access to Family Access when you enroll your student through the New Student Online Enrollment process.

You can access the Family Access login page by following the hyperlink below:
Parents enter a Login ID and Password and click the Sign In button.
Students click the Login using Google button. -
If you are having trouble logging in, try resetting your password. Select the "Forgot your Login/Password" link on the Skyward home page or go directly to the Forgot Your Password page.
If you are still unable to log in or your login expired, contact your campus.
After submitting your email address or username you will be sent an email containing your login and a link that can be used to reset your password. If you do not see the email after a few minutes please check your spam folder.

The Skyward Mobile App can be downloaded and accessed on all major mobile platforms including Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile. Click the links below to download the Skyward Mobile App for your device. If your device is not listed you can use the Skyward Mobile URL which is formatted for smaller devices.

1. Enter a Passcode that will be used to access the app
2. On the Locate Organization select by Name, search & select Whitehouse ISD
3. On the Select Product select School Management
4. Parents: enter your Login ID, Password, an Account Description, and click Add Account
(the same username and password used to sign in on the desktop version)
Staff/Students: enter an Account Description and click Login using GoogleYou have the option to receive Push Notifications from Skyward's app to your mobile device. With push notifications enabled, you can receive notifications of new information to view within the app including scored grade book assignments, and more.

If your child won't be in school, you can let the office know via the mobile app.
Absence requests are available through Family Access if you do not have the mobile app.
Log in to Family Access
1. Select the Attendance tab on the left
2. Select the Absence Request link
3. Select the Add Request link
4. Select the Start / End Dates, enter a Comment, select any siblings that may be out that day, and click Save -
For the best user experience, we recommend using a computer and the Chrome browser.
Log in to Skyward Family Access
1. Select Online Forms
2. Select Fill Out Form
3. Answer all questions on the form
4. Click Complete Step and move to next step. If the form has multiple pages do this for each page.
5. If you have more than one student enrolled in the district, you may need to complete the form for each student. Please make sure you have filled out the form in its entirety before submitting.

To find your child’s performance level on the EOC or STAAR ASSESSMENT please follow the directions below:
1. Log in to Family Access
2. Click District Links in the upper right
3. Select the STAAR Family Portal link by your child’s name
