“One Town. One Family. One Whitehouse.”

Dr. Casey Whittle serves as the Superintendent of Schools for Whitehouse ISD, bringing more than 25 years of experience in Texas public education as a teacher, coach, principal, and district leader. He officially joined the Whitehouse family in July 2024, inspired by the district’s strong sense of community and its commitment to putting students first.

Dr. Whittle began his career in 2000 as a U.S. History teacher and coach at Stephenville ISD. Over the next two decades, he served in multiple districts, including Garland ISD, Ennis ISD, Comal ISD, and Wylie ISD—developing a reputation as a servant leader dedicated to people, purpose, and continuous improvement. Prior to his arrival in Whitehouse, Dr. Whittle served as the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources in Wylie ISD, where he helped lead strategic initiatives focused on leadership development, recruitment, and staff retention.

A proud graduate of Abilene Christian University, Dr. Whittle earned both his Bachelor of Arts in History and his Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership there. He also holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Dallas Baptist University and maintains Texas certifications as a superintendent, principal, and classroom teacher.

Dr. Whittle’s leadership philosophy centers on trust, relationships, and service. He believes that strong schools are built through collaboration, shared accountability, and a relentless focus on student success. His approach aligns closely with Whitehouse ISD’s mission to provide a learning environment where every student is empowered to discover their purpose and reach their full potential.

Beyond his professional role, Dr. Whittle is an active member of the community and serves on the Texas Association of School Administrators (TASA) Advocacy Committee representing Region 7. He and his wife, Emily, a school counselor, met as student-athletes at Abilene Christian University. They are the proud parents of two children, Keaton and Adelyn, who attend Whitehouse ISD schools.

For Dr. Whittle, leading Whitehouse ISD is both a professional honor and a personal calling. His vision reflects the district’s core belief—One Town. One Family. One Whitehouse.
