  • Apply to Become a Substitute:

    1. Apply Online (at least one reference must be a former supervisor)
    2. A background check (will receive an email to schedule a fingerprint appointment)
    3. Attend Sub Information Meeting (Held Monthly Sept-March)

    Daily Substitute, Non-Certified - $ 90/ day

    Daily Substitute, Certified - $100/ day

     

    Substitute Paraprofessionals

    Daily Substitute, Educational Aide or Office - $75/ day

     

    Substitute Nurses

    Non-RNs and LVNs substituting for either LVN or RN - $90/ day

    RNs substituting for either LVN or RN - $100/ day

     

    Long-term Substitutes

    A substitute whose continuous employment as a substitute for the same individual or vacant position exceeds 10 consecutive days shall be paid an additional daily amount.

    10+ days Non-Certified Substitute for a teaching position - $100 / day

    10+ days Certified Substitute for a teaching position - $130 / day

    10+ days Substitute for a paraprofessional position - $85 / day

    10+ days Non-RN or LVN Substitute for either LVN or RN position - $100 / day

    10+ days RN Substitute for either LVN or RN position - $130 / day
