Free physicals for students

Hospitality Health is offering FREE physicals for Junior High and High School students during the month of June.

You must use the Sign-Up link to register for your physical appointment time.

A parent/guardian MUST be present for the free physical. Please arrive ON TIME in order to keep the flow; otherwise they may have to wait. Walk-ins will not be accepted.

Note: Students not feeling well or having symptoms such as fever, fatigue, cough are asked to please not attend.
