With 25 years of dedicated service in public education, Dr. Casey Whittle brings a wealth of experience and leadership to Whitehouse ISD. Prior to joining WISD, he served as Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources at Wylie ISD, a role he held since 2020.
Dr. Whittle’s background includes a broad range of educational leadership roles. He served as principal of Canyon High School in Comal ISD for three years and spent 11 years in Wylie ISD, where he held various positions—including Executive Director of Secondary Curriculum. He began his career in 2000 as a U.S. History teacher at Stephenville Junior High and High School and has also taught English and coached football in Stephenville, Garland, Ennis, and Wylie ISDs.
Dr. Whittle holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Abilene Christian University, as well as a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Dallas Baptist University. He also carries certifications as a superintendent, principal (EC–12), and classroom teacher.
Dr. Whittle and his wife, Emily—a school counselor—met while student-athletes at Abilene Christian University. They are proud parents of two children, Keaton and Adelyn.
