Skyward Mobile App Re-Install

Having issues logging into the Skyward Mobile App?

Following an upgrade parent’s/guardians may need to delete and reinstall the Skyward Mobile App. In addition if you change your password on the web version you may need to delete and reinstall the App so the password sync. Below are instructions to delete and reinstall the app.

iPhone Instructions

1. Go to Settings on the iphone

2. Click on General 

3. Click on iPhone storage

4. Scroll down to where you see all the Apps --> Click Show All --> Find the Skyward app and select "Delete App" 

5. Then go to the app store and download the Skyward Mobile App again. You will need to do the following with the installation:

   1. Create a passcode

   2. Locate the organization > Type in Whitehouse and select Whitehouse ISD

   3. Enter your Login ID and password. The account description will auto populate with your Login ID’s account

   4. Click button to Add Account

   5. Select Continue in App

Android Instructions

To Uninstall the App

1. Method 1: From the Home Screen (Quickest)

   1. Touch and hold the app icon you want to delete.

   2. Drag the icon upwards to the "Uninstall" option that appears at the top of the screen.

   3. Release your finger and confirm by tapping OK or selecting Uninstall when prompted.

2. Method 2: Using the Google Play Store

   1. Open the Google Play Store app.

   2. Tap your Profile icon (usually in the top-right corner).

   3. Tap Manage apps & devices, then Manage.

   4. Select the app you want to remove from the list.

   5. Tap the Uninstall button and confirm.

3. Method 3: Through Phone Settings (For system apps) 

   1. Open your phone's Settings app.

   2. Tap Apps or Apps & notifications.

   3. Tap on the specific app you want to remove from the list.

   4. Tap Uninstall, then OK to delete it.

To Re-install the App

To install/reinstall the Skyward Mobile App on an Android phone:

1. Open the Google Play Store

2. Use the search bar to find the app

3. Tap on the app's listing and press the "Install" button.The app will download and install, appearing on your home screen or app drawer when finished.

To log in

1. Open the Skyward App

2. Select Continue in App

3. Search for Whitehouse and select the Whitehouse ISD option

4. Enter your login id, password, Account Description, and click Add account.

If you are having issues or the app pre-populates your login information, follow these steps to delete account:

1. On the Account page - click Edit and delete the account

2. On Locate Organization - under Name type in Whitehouse. 

3. Then add the account by typing in the login id and password (do not use auto populate)

4. Click the green button to Add Account
